Workshops
I partner with clients from various industries and contexts to identify organizational and learner outcomes. I design and deliver interactive, engaging workshops that align with these outcomes, catering to leaders of all levels. Workshops can be crafted from 2 hours to multiple full days and include recommendations to implement sustainable behavior change.

Each workshop I create has a clear purpose and agenda while allowing flexibility at the moment to adapt to the specific needs of the learners. When I facilitate, I often say, "This is not my workshop, it’s yours," and I create an environment where participants shape their own learning experience. As a coach at heart, I share concepts and pose questions that promote self-awareness, deeper insights, and a desire to apply knowledge.

With over 15 years of experience facilitating both in-person and online sessions, I understand the key differences between online and classroom learning. This understanding influences how I adapt sessions to ensure online learners feel engaged, energized, and part of the experience.

Whether conducted online or in person, drawing from my extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I present relevant concepts that encourage participants to inquire, gain insights, and share their perspectives. Participants derive valuable insights through practical real-world applications and tools that can be immediately utilized in the workplace.
