Leadership Content Coaching: This option is designed for leaders who are unable to attend a workshop. It provides a more intimate setting to learn and apply leadership skills.
Content Reinforcement Coaching: This type of coaching takes place after participation in a workshop, with the aim of ensuring the implementation of content, reinforcing concepts, and sustaining behavior change.
Team Development Coaching: These sessions occur following a team development experience and focus on strengthening team dynamics, enriching collaboration, and reinforcing the skills and concepts covered in a team development session.
