Group Coaching

During my group coaching sessions, I serve as a trusted partner, providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement throughout the coaching process.  Together, we create a confidential and safe space where participants can explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations within a supportive group context.

With my expertise in coaching and group dynamics, I ensure that each participant gains clarity, develops strategies to overcome setbacks, and celebrates success as part of the group. I foster an environment that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and accountability during my group coaching engagements.

Leadership Content Coaching: This option is designed for leaders who are unable to attend a workshop. It provides a more intimate setting to learn and apply leadership skills.

 

Content Reinforcement Coaching: This type of coaching takes place after participation in a workshop, with the aim of ensuring the implementation of content, reinforcing concepts, and sustaining behavior change.

 

Team Development Coaching: These sessions occur following a team development experience and focus on strengthening team dynamics, enriching collaboration, and reinforcing the skills and concepts covered in a team development session.
